El 16 de octubre de 1992 la delegación Capital Federal informa que “personal de reunión fue destacado a los efectos de cubrir el evento”, refiriéndose a la movilización por el 17 aniversario de La noche de los lápices. El informe de inteligencia describe cantidad de asistentes, recorrido, agrupaciones, pancartas, “elementos activistas”, discursos. A las 21 horas, finaliza el acto y “se levanta el servicio dispuesto”.
